Installation and Startup
Wiring
Note
•
Unplug the three-pin connector from the power button.
•
Unplug connector D50.X5 on board D50.
•
With the SIREMOBIL Iso-C, POWERMOBIL, and ARCOSKOP systems, the cable is ad-
ditionally equipped with the connector X5B. Remove it from the coupling as well.
•
Run the new cable corresponding to the existing cable in the monitor trolley.
•
Reconnect the 3-pin connector to the power button at the control console of the monitor
trolley.
•
Run the two additionally existing cable ends to the key switch, and connect them to the
switch top of the key switch.
•
Place the switch top off-center on the key switch and press it down, until it locks into
place.
•
Plug in connector D50.X5 on board D50 again.
•
With the SIREMOBIL Iso-C, POWERMOBIL, and ARCOSKOP systems, additionally re-
insert the connector X5B in the coupling.
Functional test
•
Connect the system to the power supply.
•
Check the function of the key switch:
- Turn the key switch into position 0. Press the On button at the monitor trolley and at the
basic unit, if existing.
Both times the system must remain switched off.
- Switch on the key switch and press the On button at the monitor trolley.
The system is started.
- After the end of startup, switch the system off. If the basic unit is equipped with an On
button, switch the system on again at the control console of the basic unit after it has
shut down.
The system is started.
- Turn the key switch into position 0.
The system switches off.

After system shut-down, disconnect it from the power supply, and pull out the power
plug.

The cable between the power buttons (On/Off button at the control con-
sole of the monitor trolley) and the switch-on circuit D50 is replaced by
the cable included in the scope of supply.
