Monitoring by user-specified unit is made possible by setting the
electronic gears (A524, A525).
Monitoring by pulse of the encoder.
- The preparation signal was turned OFF during position control.
- When A527=2 or 12, the 0 point dog signal was turned OFF
before completion of return to origin operation.
- When A522=1, The current position exceeded the upper limit.
- The ratio of the electronic gear (A524/A525) exceeds the
limitation.
