To Turn the Beep Off
The following procedure lets you turn the beep off.
Note:
• You can perform this procedure in any mode.
Example:
• Setting during a movie recording.

During a movie recording (see page 23), press the
MENU button to display <MENU 1/2>.

BACKLIGHT NORMAL
EXIT [MENU]

Press ' or " on the Operation button to move the
pointer to "BEEP" in <MENU 2/2> (1) and then
press \ or | to select "OFF" (2).
The beep is turned off.

Press the MENU button to turn off the menu.
Note:
• To turn the beep on, select "ON" for the item "BEEP" in step 2.
