WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
When heating drinks in the microwave, bubbling may be delayed
when the drink boils. You should therefore take care when handling
the container. To avoid sudden boiling and the risk of injury:
If possible, place a glass rod in the liquid for as long as it is being
heated.
After heating a liquid allow it to stand in the microwave oven for
approx. 20 seconds to prevent it from boiling over unexpectedly.
Proceed with caution when warming up liquids. Use only open con-
tainers, so that any air bubbles produced can escape.
Eggs in their shells and hard-boiled eggs should not be heated in the
micro wave oven, because they can explode, even after the heating pro-
cess is completed. Always prick food with thick skins, such as potatoes,
sausages, whole pumpkins, apples and chestnuts before cooking.
This appliance is designed for heating foods and drinks. Drying foods
or clothing or the warming of heating pads, slippers, sponges, damp
cloths or similar can lead to injuries, ignition of the material or fires.
WARNING! RISK OF FIRE!
When heating foods in plastic or paper containers, ensure that they
are checked frequently to prevent possible combustion.
Never place flammable materials close to the microwave oven or the
ventilation openings.
Remove all metallic closures from the packaging of the foodstuff you
intend to warm up. Risk of fire!
Always use popcorn bags that are suitable for microwave ovens when
making popcorn.
Do not use the microwave oven to warm up cushions filled with kernels,
cherry stones or gels. Risk of fire!
Do not use the microwave oven for storing foodstuffs or other objects.
