Inserting and Releasing
Battery Pack
This tool is equipped with Automatic
Restart Protection. This feature helps
prevent accidental startups after power has
been interrupted, e.g. the battery was
removed with the switch locked in the on
position. To resume operation, turn the side
switch to the off position, and back to on
position to restart the tool.
Make sure that the side switch (Fig. 13) is
in the off position before inserting or
removing battery pack. To insert the battery
pack slide it into the housing until the
battery pack locks into position.
Your tool is equipped with a secondary
locking latch to prevent the battery pack
from completely falling out of the handle,
should it become loose due to vibration.
