Performing a COM Test
If the COM Test fails but the Network Port has been activated by FedEx Office IT, refer
to the troubleshooting procedure on page six (6) of the "imageWARE Remote Activation
Guide," found on e-Support.
Note: Please make sure the Proxy Setting is set to ON and the address is set to
[internet.proxy.fedex.com port 3128] on the engine, as indicated in the User Mode
Settings table on page 15.
