MANUAL BACKDATING CHANGES

INTRODUCTION

This manual has been written for and applies directly to
instruments with serial numbers prefixed as indicated on the title
page. Earlier versions of the instrument
{serial numbers prefixed
lower than the ones indicated on the title page)
may be slightly
different in design or appearance. The purpose of this section of the
manual is to document these differences.

With the information provided in this section, this manual can
be corrected so that it applies to any earlier version or
configuration of the instrument. Later versions of the instrument
(serial numbers prefixed higher than the ones indicated on the title
page)
will be documented in a yellow Manual Changes supplement.
7-4.
To adapt this manual to an earlier
instrument, refer to Table
7-1 and make all of.the manual backdating changes listed opposite
your instrument serial number or serial number prefix. Perform these
changes in the alphabetical sequence listed.
