Connecting with a video device (composite video)/stereo amplifi er
This LCD monitor can be connected with video devices equipped with composite video output (VIDEO) or stereo amplifi ers.
Refer to the user's manual of the video device or the stereo amplifi er for details. (Cables shown in the fi gure below are commercially
available.)
• When connecting the composite video output of the video device to the VIDEO IN connector (YPbPr Y connector) on the monitor,
use a BNC cable (commercially available). When the composite video output on the video device side is an RCA pin jack, jointly
use a BNC cable conversion adapter (commercially available) together with the RCA pin jack. For connection to the VIDEO IN
connector, select [VIDEO] using the INPUT button on the monitor or the VIDEO button on the wireless remote control.
For connection to the AUDIO IN1 or AUDIO IN2 connector on the monitor, use an audio cable (ø3.5-mm stereo mini RCA or
RCA). Connect the connectors of the audio cable (RCA) correctly.
Select [AUDIO IN1] or [AUDIO IN2] according to the connected connector by pressing the AUDIO INPUT button on the wireless
remote control.
• When connecting a stereo amplifi er to the monitor, be sure to turn off the power of the stereo amplifi er. For connection to the
AUDIO OUT connector on the monitor, use an audio cable (RCA). Connect the connectors of the audio cable (RCA) correctly. Be
sure to turn on the monitor fi rst, and then turn on the stereo amplifi er.
• The selected audio input signal is output from the AUDIO OUT connector.
