PSU fuses FU11 and FU12, and turn on all output disconnectors.

Use a multimeter to check that the insulation resistance between the positive

and negative terminals of the SPD, and between the positive and negative

terminals and PE is at least 0.5 megohm.

After the check is complete, switch off all output disconnectors in the
