Ideal to keep food soft inside and crunchy outside.
For healthy cooking, this function reduces the amount of fat or oil re-
quired. The combination of heating elements with a pulsating cycle
of air ensures even baking results.
The fan circulates air at room temperature around frozen food so
that it defrosts in a few minutes without altering food properties.
IDEAL FOR: cakes, bread, biscuits, croissants, brioche.

higher parts, crisp outside and juicy inside fish.
