Test sequence
Measurements in the ON state
1. Power on the charging station via the upstream switching device.
– Carry out the following measurements in an energized state:
– Voltage measurement
– Rotating field measurement
– Loop impedance measurement
– Fault current measurement
– Tripping time measurement
– etc.
2. The residual current circuit breaker for the AC charging port cannot be tested at this time
due the Open Controller being unplugged. Conduct the measurements according to the
attached Test protocol (Page 19).
3. Next, check the insulation monitoring devices (+F05-BC2, +F04-BC1, +F04-BC3, +F04-BC4)
by pressing and holding the blue test button (labeled 'T')

4. De-energize the charging station via the upstream switching device.
5. Reconnect the connector of the Open Controller (+F03-KF1) in the de-energized state.
