7, Have the takeup spool ready and check to see if its
top is facing upwards,
Bend the tip of the film leader toward the emulsion-
coated side and insert it in the takeup spool as indicated
by the di agram, Wind the film lead er tightly several
times around the takeup spool,
8 _ Pl ace the takeup spool on the shaft,

release pin, and check the top and bottom film loops to
