When you remove the frying pot 7, the cooking programme
is paused automatically. It restarts automatically as soon as the
frying pot 7 is replaced.
You can also use the hot air fryer to prepare baked goods such as
muffins or small cakes. However, dough or batter should not be
poured directly into the frying pot 7. Instead, use small baking
moulds such as muffin tins, which you then place in the frying pot 7
with the frying insert 5 inserted.

7. Operation

WARNING!
Parts of the appliance get very hot during use. Touching these may
cause serious burns.
Use pot holders or protective gloves, if you have to touch the frying
pot 7 or the frying insert 5.
Hot air flows out of the ventilation slits 0 on the back of the appli-
ance. Do not touch this area.
Do not move or reposition the appliance when it is in operation.
CAUTION!
Never use the frying pot 7 without the frying insert 5.
Fill the frying pot 7 to no higher than the MAX marking 6 and
make sure that the food does not touch the heating element inside
the housing q.
1) Set up the appliance as described in the section Before first use.
2) Prepare the food according to the recipe and place it in the frying
pot 7.
3) Push the frying pot 7 into the opening on the front of the appliance.
Note: The cooking process will not start unless the frying pot 7 is
correctly clicked into place.
