• Try moving your radio to another location to
see if the reception improves.
• Check that you do not have other electrical
equipment close to your radio, this may cause
interference.
• Ensure the battery is fully charged. Follow the
instruction in the section, 'Charging the built-in
battery' .
The function buttons do not respond
• Ensure the battery is fully charged. Follow the
instruction in the section, 'Charging the built-in
battery' .
• Try a factory reset.
• Check if the key lock switch is on. If it is, turn
it off.
NOTE: The product must be connected to the USB
charging cable to enable a Factory Reset. If you
reset the radio, all of your settings, including the
radio station list and any stored station presets will
be deleted.
Why do I have to connect to a power supply via
USB charging cable when resetting the radio?
The radio cannot be reset when powered only by
the built-in battery. This is because if the battery
runs out whilst the radio is going through the
reset process, the radio may no longer function.
Why are some FM stations not listed in
BestTune™?
When the radio is in BestTune™ mode, any new
FM radio station which come on air may not
be present on the BestTune™ list. For FM radio
stations that operate in this manner, please
re-scan.
