In case of using 4K/60p-compatible TV and no picure.
The receiver's HDMI input terminals support the 4K/60p signal. However, there are two types of terminals as follows.
Type 1: 4K/60p 4:4:4 24 bit signal (transmission speed up to 18 Gbps) can be transmitted: BD, DVD (HDMI IN 1), SAT (HDMI IN 2)
Type 2: 4K/60p 4:2:0 24 bit signal can be transmitted (4K/60p 4:4:4 24 bit signal is not supported, transmission speed up to 10.2 Gbps):

NOTE: All input terminals are type 2 when HDZONE is turned on.
1. When a source device that does not support the 4K/60p 4:4:4 24 bit signal is connected to a type 1 terminal, the video image may become reddish,
sound may not be output, or 3D signals may not be output for some devices. For such devices, try the following.
*This is not a malfunction of the receiver.
Connect the device to a type 2 terminal instead of the type 1 terminal.
It is also possible to set all input terminals to type 2. Set the following "HDMI 4K/60p signal output setting" to "4:2:0".
2. When the video image is not output, is interrupted, or there is noise, the cause may be the HDMI cable. (Some HDMI cables do not support
4K/60p 4:4:4 24 bit signal transmission.) In such cases, set the following "HDMI 4K/60p signal output setting" to "4:2:0".

Operation is performed on the front panel of the unit. You cannot perform the setting if the multizone function is not set to MULTI ZONE OFF.

Switch the receiver into standby.
While holding down ENTER on the front panel, press STANDBY/ON.

The display shows RESET NO .
Use / to select '4K/60p'.

Use / to select the signal to set.

4:4:4 – Select this setting when connecting to a 4K/60p 4:4:4 24 bit compatible TV using HDMI. More high quality video images can be enjoyed.
4:2:0 – Select this setting when connecting to a 4K/60p 4:2:0 24 bit compatible TV using HDMI.

When you're finished, press RETURN.
Press STANDBY/ON to switch on the receiver and your TV.

Make sure that the TV's video input is set to this receiver.
