(2) For performing the diagnosis shown below, the following jigs for service is required.
• 15P FFC extension jig cable (GGD1680)
• 5P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1857)
• 29P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1856)
• 24P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1871) x 2
• 5P PH Housing ASSY extension jig cable (GGD1594)
• 23P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1875)
• 30P + 30P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1682)
• 28P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1867)
• 20P board to board extension jig cable (GGD1868)

(3) Before starting the diagnosis, wait for three minutes until the electricity of the unit is discharged.
Disassembly
[1] Front Section
Remove the Bonnet by removing the 18 screws.
Notes on assembling as to the Bonnet
∗1: Tighten screw from the location *1 on the
C photo.
∗2: Be careful. Only one screw is different from
others.

[1-1] Front Section
(1) Release the cables from the Cord Clamper /HL.
(2) Disconnect the connector.
(3) Remove the four screws. (BBZ30P060FCC)
(4) Release the 15P FFC (ADD7791) from the
PCB binder.

(5) Remove the 15P FFC (ADD7791) from the
MIC HP GUARD ASSY and then move
under the PCB binder.
Note: 15P FCC (ADD7791) is affixed with the
Double Side Tape (10 x 110mm).
Notes on assembling
∗3: PCB binder tilt in the direction of the blue
arrow.
∗4: How to bend the 15P FFC (ADD7791).
