Removing the palm rest

Prerequisites
1. Follow the procedure in
2. Remove the base cover.
3. Remove the 2230 solid-state
4. Remove the 2280 solid-state
5. Remove the rear I/O-cover.
6. Remove the battery.
7. Remove the display assembly.
8. Remove the coin-cell
9. Remove the keyboard-controller
10. Remove the left I/O-board.
11. Remove the right I/O-board.
12. Remove the speakers.
13. Remove the system board.
14. Remove the touchpad.
15. Remove the power-adapter
16. Remove the power-button
17. Remove the keyboard.
Steps
After performing the pre-requisites, you are left with the palm rest.

Installing the palm rest
