They increase when an ACD call is transferred to another ICD Group due to Queuing Time Table.
E.g. When you set 'Sequence01=wait 10sec, Sequence02=Overflow' to Queuing Time Table,
and the ACD call is transferred.

Do any counters increase when an inbound call is delivered to an ICD Group and transferred to another
ICD Group due to Overflow Queuing Busy?

No. It is because Overflow Queuing Busy feature of PBX is not supported.

The tree view of ACD Monitor reacts very slowly under the environment in which there are extremely
many calls. What can I do to improve its behavior?
Answer
Under the high load environment, we recommend to use the PC which is higher performance than
recommended as a Client PC.
[Question 10]
While some agents were busy state, when I changed the mode at [Configuration Settings]-[Agent
Setting], agents became idle state. What is wrong?
Answer
While system is running, if you change the mode, you will encounter the unexpected situation. If you
change the mode at [Configuration Settings]-[Agent Setting], please make sure there is no call on PBX.
[Question 11]
When an extension barged into the inbound ACD call by 'Busy Override' function, Total Incoming Calls
counter increased on the extension. Is it the normal behavior?
Answer
Yes. It is the normal behavior. If the extension is involved in the ACD Calls, the counters that are related
to ACD Calls increase.
[Question 12]
Does NCV200 support 'Walking Extension' feature?
Answer
If you perform 'Walking Extension', server needs to be restarted. After server is restarted, everything
will work properly.
[Question 13]
While I was performing [Agent Data]-[Import] function, network was cut off. After network recovered,
when I try [Agent Data]-[Import] function, it failed. How can I recover from it?
