Data Backup

Data Backup
You can back up the materials, schedules, and setup data
that are used in the system to a separate location. We
recommend that you make regular backups to guard
against hard disk failures or if you are preparing to replace
your computer.
Backing Up Materials, Schedules
and Setup Data
The VSPA-D7 software saves all data in the VspaData
folder. This is the database folder that is set in the "System
Setup" window.
Use the following procedure to check the folder and copy
the data.

Click the

Check the folder in the "VSPA-D7 Database Folder"
field.

Copy the VspaData folder in the specified folder to the
storage medium you are using for backup.
For example, if "C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Documents" is displayed in the folder field, use
Windows explorer to copy the VspaData folder that is
in the "C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Documents" folder to an external hard disk or a
network drive.
