Symptom
There are vertical black lines or a vertical white line in a solid black image.
When manual paper size is set to envelope, the LCD in standby mode shows
ENV. regardless of envelope type.
When paper size is set to A5, paper size error does not occur even if printing
is made with other size paper.
When legal paper is used to copy multiple documents, image at the top of the
2nd document is printed on the bottom of the 1st legal sheet.
Jam when feeding paper from a cassette
The machine identifies a jam when its power is turned off and then on with
paper in its manual feed section.
