Uninstalling and Reinstalling EPSON Scan
If you've tried every other solution and your system still doesn't recognize your
scanner, try uninstalling and reinstalling the scanner software.
1. Turn off the scanner and disconnect it from the computer.
2. Double-click the
Panel.
3. Select
EPSON Scan
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the software. If you see a message
prompting you to restart the computer, select
computer now
Follow the instructions on page 16 to reinstall your software.
