3_ Press the Read key to turn
on the laser beam; the laser
indicator blinks (Fig 20).,
4, Position the tool to aim the
laser at the target B

9, Press the Read key to make
a new measurement.,
NOTES:
The distance AC should be
shorter than the hypotenuse
(AB); otherwise the LCD will
display "Err008" reminding
you to re-measure the
distance AC

When taking the two measurements, make sure they are taken from the
same starting point (A) and the second measurement is perpendicular to
the target C. Taking the measurements correctly will help result in the most
accurate calculated distance
