Connecting the Unit
DVD Player
For best results, use this connection if your DVD player has component
video (YPBPI0 jacks.
To connect a DVD player with component video connectors
1 Use a component video cable to connect tile DVD player's YP_PR
output jacks to the unit's YPBPR input jacks (HD/DVD IN 3).
The YPBPR jacks o n your DVD player are sometimes labeled Y,C B
and CR, or Y, B,Y and R-Y. If so, connect the cables to their
matching color jacks.
Use an audio cable to connect the DVD player's AUDIO output jacks to
the unit's AUDIO input jacks (HD/DVD IN 3).
The YPBPRjacks do not provide audio, So audio cab!es must be
connected to provide sound.
