A small difference in browning is not
unusual. Manufacturers use a percent-
age figure in their product information
data for browning levels.
If browning is very uneven, check
– when
whether the temperature set was too
high or whether the roasting filter was
left in place.

A, check the colour and com-
position of the baking tins being
used. Thin and shiny tins are gener-
ally not very good. Try using a differ-
ent tin next time.

The programme selector was adjusted
with the safety lock activated. This
caused the oven to switch itself off au-
tomatically.
Turn the programme selector back to its
original position. The oven will now con-
tinue to operate as normal.
If you wish to set a different oven func-
tion, you must first turn the programme
selector back to "0" and de-activate the
safety lock (see the section on "Safety
lock"). You can then select a different
oven function.

the fault code.

The oven has switched itself off
automatically during use (see the sec-
tion on "Safety switch off").
The maximum temperature of the
oven has been exceeded. This caused
the oven to switch itself off automati-
cally. Turn the programme selector to
"0". As soon as the temperature has
fallen to an acceptable level the fault
message disappears. You can now
switch the oven back on again. If this
fault message occurs again, please call
the Miele Service department, quoting
the fault code.
