7. IMPORTING CLIP DATA
The information concerning the file on the video server which is to be imported appears in
the group box (top right of the dialog box) marked ''Clip Information''. The ''Subclip'' radio
button will be selected, a part of a file can be specified by the start and end timecodes in the
edit box. The edit box, which specifies the In and Out timecodes, is found in the group box
(bottom left of the dialog box) marked ''Subclip.'' If necessary, the name of the file to be
imported can be changed.
Fig. 7-3 shows an example where a file is designated using the subclip dialog box.
