C.2 Drop>out Color
The drop>out color refers to a printing color visible to people but which cannot be
recognized by the scanner. If characters other than the read characters are printed
in the ground color area, they must be printed in the drop>out color.
Maximum PCS value of 0.14 or less and an average value of 0.10 or less.
