4-8. TROUBLE SHOOTING METHODS ACCORDING TO ERROR MESSAGE

INLET Er
lamp blinks.
DRAIN Er
lamp blinks.
Determination
Water supply doesn't
reach set level within
60 minutes.
When drain is not
finished within 12
minutes at drain
course.
Expected cause
1. Locked or frozen water tap.
2. Obstructed water supply.
3. Top filter of supply valve is
clogged with dregs.
4. Connector of supply valve is
disassembleed or wrongly
contacted.
5. Yellow 2 pin connector of
controller ASM is
disassembled or wrongly
contacted.
6. TR3 (hot), TR4 (cool), TR5
(shower) are not ON at load
drive part of controller ASM.
7. Drain hose is not
hung up.(Pump Model)
1.Drain hose is not put down
(Non Pump Model)
2. Drain hose is bent or
clogged (Frozen or clogged
with dregs).
3. Connector of drain motor or
white 2 pin connector of
controller ASM is
disassembleed or wrongly
contacted.
4. Wrong drain motor (As AC
220V is applied to both ends
of drain motor, the link
opens the drain valve.)
5. TR8 is not ON at load drive
part of controller ASM.
6. Wrong drain pump.

7. Drain hose is hung up highly
(over 1.3m)

Remedy
• Open water tappet for water
supply.
• Wash at supply condition.
• Clean or chunge filter.
• Reconnect connector or
adjust wrong contact.
• Reconnect connector and
adjust wrong contact.
• Check load drive parts of
TR3, TR4 and TR5, and
replace related parts.
• Hung up drain hose.
• Put down drain hose properly.
(0.9~1.3m high)
• Clean clogged drain hose.
• Reconnect connector and
adjust wrong contact.
• Replace drain motor.
• Check load drive part of TR8.
Replace related parts.
• Check drain pump.
• Hang up drain hose properly
(0.9~1.3m high)
