Expected cause
1. Water is partially filled in
inner tub asm.
2. Machine is slopped (Check
drop position of leveller).
3. Safety switch is too closer to
inner tub asm or safety
switch contacted wrongly.
4. Is the CONNECTOR of Ball
Pressure Sensor
disconnected or badly
touched?
1. Lid is opened during all
washing procedure.
2. Lid is opened during
reservation program.
3. Connector of safety switch
or violet (VI) 2 pin of
controller asm is
disassembled or left wrong
contact.
4. The safety switch is wrong.
(It is ON in case of the lid
closed.)
5. Ball Pressure Sensor is bad
or bad contact.

Remedy
• Fill water evenly into inner tub
asm.(horizontally)
• Adjust machine height
horizontally.
• Check and replace safety
switch.
• Check B.P SENSOR
CONNECTOR or replace B.P
sensor
• Close lid.
• Close lid.
• Connect connector again or
adjust wrong contact.
• Check and replace safety
switch.
• Check and replace Ball
Pressure Sensor.
• Connect connector again and
adjust wrong contact.
• Replace Ball Pressure
Sensor (Pressure Switch).
• Replace controller asm.
• Replace the inlet valve.
• Replace the PWB asm.
