Bearer Capability
In the case of tandem connections between ISDN/Q-SIG/CCIS/ACIS (except "data call" on CCIS), SV8300 sends
"3.1 kHz audio" as Information transfer capability of the Bearer Capability in the outgoing setup message.
At terminating SV8300, received bearer capabilities are converted as shown below.
Speech, 3.1 kHz audio --> 3.1 kHz audio
