Changing the transmission speed

Your fax machine automatically adjusts its transmission speed to the quality of the telephone line. If the line quality is
poor, the automatic adjustment will take more time. In case poor line quality is already known it is useful to set the machine
at a slower speed from the start. This will save time and money.

Transmission report—error report
If you like your fax machine can print a transmission report every time you send a document. This way you are given
confirmation that your document has been received. You can switch on this function if required. If an error occurs
during transmission you will be informed on the error report, which is printed out even if the transmission report
function is switched off.
