Installing an optical drive (desktop configuration)

Power down the workstation (see

Remove the side access panel

If your system has an airflow guide, remove it (see

Remove the front bezel (see

Remove the bezel blank from the bay in which you want to install the drive.
7.
Install the four black metric M3 guide screws into the drive (1).

Align the screws with the grooves in the drive bay and gently slide the drive into the bay until it
snaps into place (2).
CAUTION:
