9. CONFERENCE CALL

While on a call, press Cnf/Trn OR
a) Followed by Extension # OR
b) Followed by 9 + Tel. No, When the called party answers,
press Cnf/Trn or
If you receive a busy tone or no answer, press Cnf/Trn or
to return to the original call.
10. ACCOUNT CODE/PASSWORD ENTRY
a) Press #46
b) Enter your account code/password
c) Press 9 followed by your destination number
11. AUTOMATIC CALL BACK (ACB)
a) When INTERCOM an engaged extension, you will hear an engaged
tone
b) Press digit 4 to book the busy extension and replace handset
c) Once the booked extension is available, a short intercom ringing
tone is heard on your phone
d) Pick up the handset and it will automatically redial the desired
extension
12. PAGING
a) Press #30 (Make announcement)
