NOTE:
Although the Enlarged mode set by the SO code can be cancelled by line feed, the
Condensed mode set by the SI code cannot.

Deselection of the printer
CHR$(19);
The DC3 code places the printer in the Deselected state. In other
words, it disables the printer to receive data.
