Central phonebook (group phonebook)

You can back up your private phonebook, located on
your handset, on a central server and add group phone-
books stored on the server to your private phonebook.
To maintain the numbers in your private phonebook in
their current form before adding a group phonebook,
we recommend backing up your private phonebook us-
ing the "Send list" function
If the number of group phonebook entries exceeds the
maximum number of spaces available in your private
phonebook, the transfer is ended when the maximum
number of spaces is reached.
