5570/6570 Service Guide Service Features License Management System (LMS) The License Management System (LMS) is a server based software license program. Each purchased software application package contains a license access number certificate with documentation. The Dealer must enter the license access number and the imageRUNNER serial number into the LMS server to generate a License Key. -

Activated software programs will not be impacted by normal service activity (e.g., HDD replacement). Serviceability To ensure machine reliability and copies of the highest quality, Canon U.S.A., Inc. recommends that a Quality Assurance (QA) Visit be performed every 250,000 prints. Quality Assurance requires the cleaning, checking, and replacement of parts as necessary for specific areas every 250,000 prints. -

(90) days after delivery to the original purchaser or 180,000 copies, whichever comes first. During such warranty period, Canon shall replace, without charge, any defective part with a new or comparable rebuilt part. This warranty shall not extend to consumables such as paper, chemicals, and toner as to which there shall be no warranty or replacement. -
