If you press the
adjustment button on the remote
control unit to select [Power Off] and then press
the ENTER button, the power will be turned off.
You can also press the POWER button again to
turn the power off.
When the power is turned off, the following
operations are performed.
1. The POWER-ON monitor changes from green
to orange. (Lamp is cooling)
2. The cooling fan rotates for 2 minutes. The
buttons on the projector operation panel and the
remote control unit cannot be operated for 1
minute after cooling of the lamp starts. (Opera-
tion can be restarted after 1 minute.)
3. When cooling is finished, the fan stops, the
POWER-ON monitor changes from orange to
red, and the projector is in standby status.
Note
• The cooling fan continues to rotate while the
inside of the projector is hot, even after the
POWER button is pressed. Do not unplug the
power cable from the socket while the cooling
fan is rotating (approx. 2 minutes).
Selecting the Desired Image
¡ Press the MODE button.
The input source switches as shown below each
time the MODE button is pressed.

VIDEO or S-VIDEO
COMPONENT
Important
• When the preojector is turned on, you can only
select [RBG] or [VIDEO or S-VIDEO].
If you want to select [COMPONENT], select
[On] in [Component Selection] on the DIS-
PLAY menu. (See page En-27)
• Select [WIDE] or [NORMAL] for the COMPO-
NENT input signal. (See page En-27)
The input source display is exited soon after the
selection is made.

Adjusting the Size of the Picture
¡ Rotate the Zoom ring.
Rotate in the direction "W" to increase the size of
the picture.
Rotate in the direction "T" to decrease the size of
the picture.
The operation screen is exited soon after making
the adjustment.
Note
• Match the size of the screen used to the
projection distance. See "Setting Up" on page
En-14.

¡ Rotate the Focus ring.

the adjustment.
