The 9 positions, controlled by the
electronic programmer and a temper-
ature probe, are obtained by 4 heat-
ing elements which are:
• Lower element
• Upper element
• Grill element
• Circular element
NOTE:
Upon first use, it is advisable to oper-
ate the oven, at the maximum tem-
perature, for 60 minutes in the posi-
tion
and
then to eliminate pos-
sible traces of grease on the heating

OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Heating and cooking in the FULL ELECTRON-
IC MULTIFUNCTION oven are obtained in the
following ways:
a. by normal convection
The heat is produced by the upper and
lower heating elements.
b. by semi-forced convection from the bot-
tom
The heat produced by the lower heating
element is distributed throughout the oven
by the fan.
c. by forced convection
A fan sucks in the air contained in the
oven, which is circulated it through the cir-
cular heating element and then forced back
into the oven by the fan.
Before the hot air is sucked back again by
the fan to repeat the described cycle, it
envelops the food in the oven, provoking a
complete and rapid cooking. It is possible
to cook several dishes simultaneously.
d. by semi-forced convection from the bot-
tom and back
The heat produced by the lower and circu-
lar heating elements is distributed through-
out the oven by the fan.
e. by semi-forced convection
The heat produced by the upper and lower
heating elements is distributed throughout
the oven by the fan.
f. by radiation
The heat is radiated by the infra red grill
element.
g. by double radiation
The heat is radiated by the infra red grill
and the top heating elements.
h. by radiation and ventilation
The radiated heat from the infra red grill
element is distributed throughout the oven
by the fan.
i. by ventilation
The food is defrosted by using the fan and
the bottom heating element ("
By setting the temperature to higher val-
ues(from 40 to 100°C max) it is possible to
use this mode as a food warmer.
