Motorola responds to calls by email or telephone within the time limits set in support agreements.
If the Motorola Solutions Global Customer Support Center cannot solve the problem, you may need to return the
equipment for servicing. The Support Center provides the specific directions. Motorola is not responsible for any
damages incurred during shipment if the approved shipping container is not used. Shipping the units improperly
can possibly void the warranty.
If you purchased your product from a Motorola business partner, contact that business partner for support.
