2.4.7 System Backup/Restore

Description
Allows the System Administrator to back up or restore the following data as individual files: Program, System
Parameters, System Prompts, Mailbox Prompts, and Mailbox Messages.
Manual Backup: The specified data is backed up manually. Backup data can be saved as a file.
Scheduled Backup: The specified data is backed up automatically at the specified times. Backup data can
be saved as a file.
Backup History: displays the backup record (Description, Completion Status, Date & Time, and Total Elapsed
Time).
Restoration of Backup Data: restores the backup data as a specified type of file.

Description
There are several System Reports available to the System Administrator to monitor VPS operating status. The
System Administrator can print or export the System Reports. Certain reports can be printed in tabular form
or graph form.
