Notice for handling of packag e to anti-humidity packaging
1. Storage before opening

Pl ease stor e de vice und er th e condit io n that temperature is less than 30°C and humidity is less
than 70% RH before open ing.
2. After opening the anti-humidity packaging
Pl ease stor e de vice under th e cond it ion that t emperature is less than 30°C and humidity is less
than 70% RH an d mount d evic e on board within 96 hours a fter opening.
Pl ease store remained devi ces in d esiccator an d des iccate it before mounting.
3. Humidity indicator of desiccant
Blue indicat or is inc l uded in des iccan t int o ant i -hum i dity package an d co lor of wh ich is changed to
pink whe n hum id ity insid e pac k age is over 30% RH (2 5°C). Tha t indicator may be changed when an
devic e is stored and is no t used a t long time af ter openin g. P l ease d esicc ate sem i conductor devi ce
before mounting if that indi cator wil l be changed.
4. Desiccation condition
It is possible to d esiccate for onl y heat -proo f Tory pack age on the cond ition that temperat ure is
125°C and desiccat i on t ime is 2 4 hours if semicon ductor device shou ld be d esiccated.
Please change Tory p acka ge t o heat -proof on e or desicc ate a t low temper ature (60°C, 168hours ) in
case it is impossibl e t o des i ccate for other t ype Tory package at 125°C. And the d esicca tion can n ot be
applied for m agazine (stick) package, paper glue taping package and emboss tapin g package.
