Removing cluster nodes from protection

Complete the steps in the following procedures to remove cluster nodes from protection. If you just
want to remove a node from the cluster, see
remove a cluster node from protection.
1.
Do one of the following:
In the Core Console, click the Machines tab, and then select the cluster that contains the node
that you want to remove. On the Machines tab for the cluster, select the node that you want to
remove.
In the left navigation area, under the related cluster, select the node that you want to remove.
2.
Click the Actions drop-down menu and then click Remove Machine.
3.
Select one of the options described in the following table.

Removing all nodes in a cluster from protection

To remove all nodes in a cluster from protection:
1.
Do one of the following:
In the Core Console, click the Machines tab, and select the cluster that contains the nodes that
you want to remove, then click the Machines tab for the cluster.
From the left navigation area, select the cluster that contains the nodes that you want to remove,
and then click the Machines tab.
2.
Click the Actions drop-down menu at the top of the Machines tab and then click Remove Machines.
3.
Select one of the options described in the following table.
