Compare Sheet Setting Length and actual
sheet length.
Check PC22 Detector information using
Maintenance Tools.
Clean the PC22 Detector, then run
Procedure of Auto Calibration.
If not recovered, replace following parts.
1. #23 DRV PK-ASSY
2. #24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY (28 or 48)
3. PC22 Detection Unit
Compare Sheet Setting Thickness and
actual sheet thickness.
Check PC22 Detector information using
Maintenance Tools.
Clean the PC22 Detector, then run
Procedure of Auto Calibration.
If not recovered, replace following parts.
1. #23 DRV PK-ASSY
2. #24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY (28 or 48)
3. PC22 Detection Unit
Check PC22/PC41 Detector information
using Maintenance Tools.
Clean the transport, #3 Reverse Roller and
PC22/PC41 Detector, then run Procedure
of Auto Calibration.
If not recovered, replace following parts.
1. #3 Reverse Roller
2. #23 DRV PK-ASSY
3. #24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY (28 or 48)
4. PC22/PC41 Detection Unit
using Maintenance Tools.
Clean the transport, #3 Reverse Roller and
PC22/PC41 Detector, then run Procedure
of Auto Calibration.
If not recovered, replace following parts.
1. #3 Reverse Roller
2. #23 DRV PK-ASSY
