Recovery
Check If the piece of paper remains of the
Ultra sonic sensor part.
Check the Ultra sonic sensor level using
Maintenance Tools.
Clean the Ultra sonic sensor, then run
Procedure of Auto Calibration.
If not recovered, replace following parts.
1. #26 SS PK-ASSY
2. #69 SS-SENSOR
3. #23 DRV PK-ASSY
4. #24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY (28 or 48)
Run Procedure of Auto Calibration.
If not recovered, replace following parts.
1. #24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY (28 or 48)
2. #23 DRV PK-ASSY
Check and adjust the Upper Guide Gap.
If the Upper Guide Gap is properly, check
the I/L information using Maintenance
Tools.
if not recovered, replace following parts.
1. #23 DRV PK-ASSY
2. #24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY (28 or 48)
3. #59 INL_ASSY
Remove sheets from stacker.
If the described Stacker is not full, check
the PC51/PC52 Detector information using
Maintenance Tools.
Clean the PC51/PC52 Detector, then run
Procedure of Auto Calibration.
If not recovered, replace following parts.
1. #23 DRV PK-ASSY
2. #24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY (28 or 48)
3. PC51/PC52 Detection Unit
Set sheets in the hopper properly and
resume scanning.
Clean #1 Pick Roller, #2 Separator Roller
and #3 Reverse Roller.
Check the PC11 Detector and F/L sensor
information using Maintenance Tools.
If PC11 Detector and F/L sensor is not
property, replace following parts.
PC11 Detection Unit
F/L Sensor
Check the Pick/T1/Main Motor movement
using Maintenance Tools.
If the Motor doesn't move property, replace
following parts.
#23 DRV PK-ASSY
#41 Stepping Motor (Pick/T1/Main Motor)
