Using mpls ldp transport-address in interface view, you specify the transport address carried in the Link
Hellos sent out of the interface.
Using mpls ldp transport-address in LDP peer view, you specify the transport address carried in the
Targeted Hellos sent to the LDP peer.
HP recommends that you use the default transport address.
If two LSRs have multiple links in between and you want to establish an LDP session on each link, make
sure that all the links use the same transport address.

LSR ID is contained in the message.
