The SmartLogger cannot find devices.
1. Check the RS485 communications cable and power cable connections. If any cable is loose,
drops off, or is reversely connected, rectify the connection.
2. Check the settings of the RS485 communications parameters and built-in PLC. Verify that the
baud rate and communications addresses are set correctly.
3. Add devices such as the EMI and electricity meter manually.
4. Check the parameter settings for the EMI.
5. Set the address of the SmartLogger to an address within the search address segment set for
the Smart Logger.
6. Contact the supplier or Huawei technical support.
