bReakeR iS oPen, not SuPPlied (MediuM
voltage CiRCuit and auxiliaRy CiRCuitS)
and with the CaPaCitoRS diSChaRged.

– type of circuit-breaker
– rated voltage of the circuit-breaker
– rated normal current of the circuit-breaker
