Manual connection to a notebook / PC

Important note!
When establishing a manual connection, ensure that the IP addresses of device and
notebook are different in the device portion of the IP address.
1. Please check the network settings on METPOINT
Important note!
The Manual Setting must be activated and the settings indicated below appear on the
display.

Correct any discrepancies you may discover.

2. Please start your PC.
3. Connect the METPOINT
4. In the task bar, please double-click on the Network Symbol. The window described under
item 5 appears.
Or select Settings / Network connections in the start menu. After double-clicking on LAN
connection, the following window appears.
