INSTALLING THE FRONT WHEEL

1. Lubricate:
9wheel axle
9wheel bearings
9oil seal lips
9speedometer gear unit
Recommended lubricant
Lithium-soap-based grease
2. Install:
9brake disc
9front wheel
Refer to "CHECKING THE BRAKE DISC".
NOTE:
Make sure the projection a on the speedometer
gear unit fits between the projections on the
outer tube.
3. Tighten:
9wheel axle nut
4. Connect:
9speedometer cable 1

Make sure the brake cable is routed properly.

Before tightening the wheel axle nut, push
down hard on the handlebar several times
and check if the front fork rebounds smooth-
ly.
