Prints the contents of the print buffer, clears the print buffer, and advances the paper to
the top of the next page (Top of Form), according to the current page length setting. The
carriage position is moved to the start of the line.

Turns on half-speed mode to provide quiet printing, and more accurate print positioning
during text mode printing.
