Regenerative brake selection and DC feeding mode

● When performing frequent start and stop operation, usage rate of the regenerative brake can be
increased by using the optional high-duty brake resistor (FR-ABR) or the brake unit (FR-BU2, BU,
FR-BU).
● When using continuously in regenerative condition, use the power regeneration common con-
verter (FR-CV) or power regeneration converter (MT-RC). The high power factor converter
(FR-HC2) can be used also to reduce harmonics, improve power factor, and operate continuously
in the regenerative status.
● It is possible to choose between the DC feeding mode 1, which will operate with DC power supply
(terminals P and N), and DC feeding mode 2, which will normally operate in AC power supply
(terminals R, S, and T) and operate in DC power supply (terminal P and N), such as batteries, at the
time of power failure.
● While the power is supplied only to the control circuit, the reset operation when the power is
supplied to the main circuit can be selected.
